Automatic full refunds — no request needed
If our pipeline fails to generate your report, or we can't find enough reliable public sources to meet our citation standard, we cancel the order and refund you in full, automatically and proactively. You'll get an email explaining what happened before you even notice.
Refunds on request — instant decision
Use the refund link in any of your order emails. Our policy engine approves instantly when:
- Your request is within 7 days of delivery, or
- You've used all included revisions and the report still isn't right.
Requests are automatically declined when an account has already received 2 or more refunds (we're generous, once), or when the request falls outside the 7-day window. Declined cases can always be escalated to a human at hello@getresearchreports.com.
Before refunding: try a revision
Every order includes at least one free revision. If the report misses the mark, telling us what's missing usually gets you what you actually wanted — faster than re-ordering elsewhere.
Credit packs
Unused credits are refundable pro-rata within 7 days of purchase. Individual reports ordered with credits follow the standard rules above (the credit is returned to your pack).
