Privacy policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver your report.

What we collect

Your email address, your report brief, order and delivery timestamps, and your IP address (for fraud prevention and rate limiting). Payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

To generate and deliver your report, send transactional emails about your order, enforce our refund and abuse policies, and comply with tax and accounting obligations. Your brief is processed by our AI research pipeline (Anthropic for language models, Tavily for web search) solely to produce your report. We don't sell your data, run ads, or send marketing email without your consent.

Retention and deletion

Orders and reports are retained so you can re-download and request revisions. Email hello@getresearchreports.com to have your data deleted; we'll remove everything not required for tax records.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), Anthropic (AI), Tavily (search), Resend (email), Inngest (job processing). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
